On April 11, the UN Human Rights Office in Seoul convened a visiting delegation of European criminal law experts and practitioners, together with its civil society partners working on North Korean criminal accountability, to explore avenues for justice and accountability. During the meeting, NKHR presented its investigation findings on Chongori Kyowaso No. 12 and sought expert guidance on potential legal strategies.
